Ghani Global Glass Limited was incorporated in Pakistan as a private company on October 4, 2007, under Ghani Tableware (Private) Limited, under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now the Companies Act, 2017).

The status of the Company was changed to an unlisted public Company; consequently, its name was changed to Ghani Tableware Ltd. on July 24, 2008. The name of the Company was further changed to Ghani Global Glass Ltd. on July 14, 2009. The Company was merged into Libas Textiles Ltd. (a listed company).

Ghani Global Glass uses laser technology over all its production lines for stringent quality control and rejects out-of-tolerance tubes.

Ghani Global Handlings

The holding company’s main role, is to manage investments in subsidiaries, associated companies, and trading activities.

A PSX-listed company involved in medical and industrial gases and chemicals.

Ghani ChemWorld

Ghani ChemWorld Limited (GCWL/the Company) was incorporated as a public limited company on July 31, 2024 (CUIN 0265009) under the Companies Act, 2017.

Ghani Industrial Complex

Ghani Industrial Complex (Private) Limited was incorporated during February 2021 as a private limited company. The Company is planning to setup a chemical plant of Citric Acid.

G3 Technologies

Pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement for merger/amalgamation of G3 Technologies Ltd. with and into Ghani Chemical Industries Ltd.

Our Story - Who We Are

The status of the Company was changed to an unlisted public Company; consequently, its name was changed to Ghani Tableware Ltd. on July 24, 2008. The name of the Company was further changed to Ghani Global Glass Ltd. on July 14, 2009. The Company was merged into Libas Textiles Ltd. (a listed company). The Company became listed on Pakistan Stock Exchange on December 12, 2014. The Company commenced its commercial operations w.e.f. April 1, 2016.
